Rules and conditions

Rules

• Teams are two to six people, including the lead applicant. At least one member should bring a clinical, technical, or design background relevant to eye care.
• Each team submits one application. The lead applicant registers, then invites teammates from the dashboard.
• Every submission requires Background and Prior Knowledge, a Proposed Solution, and the Expected Value, each between 50 and 200 words, plus one pitch deck as a PDF or PowerPoint file up to 10MB.
• All work must be original or appropriately licensed. Plagiarism results in disqualification.
• Submissions lock at the deadline. Applications still in Draft when the deadline passes are not reviewed.
• Applications are scored independently by multiple evaluators under blind review, and evaluators declare any conflict of interest.
• Teams retain ownership of their work. Submitting does not transfer intellectual property.
• Organizers may adjust the timeline. Registered applicants are notified of any change by email.
